I recently got a phoenix universa 249, but with a lot of missing parts, Needle bar, position finger, throat plate, feed dog, hook, shuttle, Bobin case, bobin, presser foot, top plate, tensioner, i also need a pdf manual. I cannot find much on ebay. Screws, clamps for needle bar.

maybe it's cheaper to buy a second Phoenix 249 which works.
Only a few kilometers away from me is one 249 in pretty good conditions available for € 100,-

Yes, a complete replacement machine is a better option.
